An Accra High Court has adjourned a civil case against Akosua Adjepong and one other, Frank Agyeman Badu to 19th July, 2018.

The Plaintiff, Jonas Asamoah has dragged the ace musician to court, to repay him an amount of GHC 105,000 , which he paid to the defendants as part payment for a piece of land.

It is the case of the Plaintiff that after he paid the said amount, the land turned out to be a property of one Jonathan Kojo Asante but all attempts by the Plaintiff to get his money back proved futile.
So far, Akosua Adjepong and Frank Agyeman Badu have repaid an amount of GHC55,000 to the Plaintiff.
