An Accra Circuit Court presided over by Her Honour, Mrs. Jane Harriet Naa Akweley Quaye has adjourned the case against Dr. Dominic Obeng Andoh, aka Obengfo, to 27th August, 2018.

Aside the murder charge levelled against him at the District Court, the doctor is facing charges of practising medicine without lawful authority and operating an unlicensed medical facility.
Dr. Obeng Andoh, the CEO of Obengfo Hospital, has been able to meet bail terms at the Circuit Court but has been unable to meet the bail terms in the murder case and is therefore still on remand in police custody.
