Dr. Lawrence Edusei, the pathologist who conducted a post mortem on the late Member of Parliament, J.B Danquah, has said that he lost the autopsy report after a burglary at his residence in September 2016.

This was after the presiding judge, Her Worship Arit Nsemoh ordered him to appear before the court and explain why the autopsy report was not ready.

After being asked how long it would take to prepare a new report, Dr. Edusei stated that he was not certain on the period of time within which he could prepare a new autopsy report.

The pathologist explained that writing the autopsy report was going to be an additional work of getting access to pictures taken during the post mortem, recollecting everything he saw and putting it into writing again.

The case has been adjourned to 18th January, 2018.

The pathologist was asked to produce the autopsy report before the next adjourned date or in default tell the court why it is not ready.
