An Accra High Court presided over by His Lordship, Mr. Clemence Hoenyenuga has ruled that the prosecution should provide the Accused persons, Dr. Stephen Opuni and Mr. Seidu Agongo, with all the documents they intend to rely on in prosecuting them during the trial.
The Court ordered the Attorney General to file all prosecutorial documents in relation to the case, at the court’s registry within seven days.

His Lordship has adjourned the case to 4th July, 2018. He told the Accused persons to brace themselves for a speedy trial.
Dr. Stephen Opuni, former CEO of COCOBOD, Mr. Seidu Agongo and Agricult Ghana Limited, are before the Criminal Division of the High Court, for various financial crimes.
