Kwabenya Jailbreak case adjourned again – Judge did not sit

The on-going trial of four Accused persons in the Kwabenya Jailbreak Case, which was to continue today, has been adjourned to tomorrow, 12th June, 2018.

At the last adjourned date the judge did not sit hence the adjournment.

The reason for the judge’s absence is however unknown.

So far, the First Accused person, Prince Osei, who has been charged with ‘possession of firearm without lawful authority’, has opened his defence.

Cross examination continues tomorrow.
