Mr. Alfred Agbesi Woyome, who has been in court in respect of a judgment-debt in excess of GHS50 million has failed to turn up for examination today.
Officials from the Lands Commission who are to present a valuation report of some properties of Mr Woyome were also absent in court.
The Supreme Court has adjourned the case to 13th November, 2017, after the sole judge, Justice A. A Benin, had a closed door meeting with the lawyers in the matter.
