The first Accused brought the witness from Kaneshie to Nmai Dzor, showed him the Complainant’s house and also planned as to how the operation would be conducted”, the Prosecutor stated.

Superintendent Bempah added that the Accused persons again told the witness to rob the Complainant of his brand new BMW saloon car and money.

According to the Prosecutor, on 1st December, 2017, the witness gave information to the Police about the intentions of the Accused persons. The witness later led the police to the Accused persons’ hideout where they had been waiting patiently for the arrival of the Complainant for them to attack and rob him.
