The reason for the Court not sitting is unknown.

At the last adjourned date, the first Accused person, Prince Osei, who has been charged with ‘possession of firearm without lawful authority’, opened his defence, where he narrated to the court, circumstances leading to his arrest and how he escaped from police custody.

He was cross-examined by the prosecution and one other defence lawyer.

On the next adjourned date, other defence lawyers are expected to continue with their cross- examination.
