Counsel for Mr. Alfred Agbesi Woyome has indicated that he will for the third time file a motion for stay of proceedings against his examination in the matter for the payment of a judgment debt. The previous motion filed for stay of proceedings was ruled against by a three-man panel.
If the motion is filed, a five-man panel will adjudicate on the matter.
Mr. Alfred Agbesi Woyome was absent in court today. This is the fourth time he has been absent since his last appearance.
