This was after the third Accused person filed an application for an order to have his passport released.

According to Counsel for the Applicant, the Applicant plans to travel  in the third week of August, 2018, and return in the latter part of September, 2018, for medical purposes.

The State did not oppose the bail but requested that the Applicant furnishes the court with specific details of his travel date and period.

Counsel for the Applicant said that since the Applicant  was not sure of whether the application would be granted, he had not bought a ticket and hence a specific date of travel could not be given.

Meanwhile , the trial is set to continue in October, 2018, after the legal vacation.
